Workout of the Day November 26, 2011

Warm up as normal. Include some push ups and squats.

Part 1

Tabata Run
20 on 10 off
Bike at least at 16
Run at incline at 12
Row at 10

These are balls to the wall. Use the clock. Recover good before part 2.

Part 2

3 Rounds
Run 400M (0.25)
21 Kettlebell Swings
12 Pull ups

Stretching is good.
