Workout of the Day November 13, 2011

Warm up as normal.

Today is a 2 parter, with the second being a partner one.

Part 1

Burpees on the minute

On the first minute do 1 burpee, on the second do 2, the third do 3..... Continue as many minutes as you can.

Part 2

15 Minutes
Run .25, or bike .75 or row 500M
Sit ups

One partner will do the run while the other will do sit ups till they complete it. Once the distance is complete switch. Feel free to plank if you want instead of sit ups.

Post, stretch and water.
