Workout of the Day November 10, 2011


Warm up as normal.
Today is our last shift before Remembrance Day, while doing this workout, think of the sacrifice our soldiers make and how our discomfort in the gym pales in comparison to the sacrifice so many of them have made for us.

30-25-20-15-10-5

Wall Balls
Walking Lunges
Jump Rope (double the reps)
Kettle Bell Swings

Post, stretch butt, shoulders and back.
