Warm up:
Light jog, with bears, butt kickers, high knees and bunny hops.
Part 1:
3 rounds
10 pull ups
10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 back ext
If time do couch stretch 2 minutes each side
Part 2:
50 squats, 50 walking lunges, 400 m run
40 squats, 40 walking lunges, 400 m run
30 squats, 30 walking lunges, 400 m run
Stretch your legs after!!!
