2 minutes on......... 30 seconds off
1 minute on .......... 3 minutes off
2 minutes on......... 30 seconds off
4 minutes on.......... Done
Part 3
2 Minutes Kettlebell swings
Rest 4 minutes
6 Minutes
10 Push ups
10 sit ups
Move with purpose through this today. Don't dawdle through the warm up and part 1. Those are there to just get you warm.
