Workout of the Day April 25, 2019

Warm up goood. run, bike or row for 5 min. Follow up with butts, knees, inch worms and bears followed by head to toe.

Part 1

3 Rounds

10 Pull ups
10 Push ups
10 squats
10 back ext

Part 2

12 min
Every min on the min
Perform 2 Back Squats at 70%

Part 3

4 Sets
8/ side Bulgarian Split Squat
16 Banded Squat Pull throughs
 Rest 60 sec between sets

Part 4

12 sets
Sled Drag
:30 sec work
:30 sec rest

Partner up. One partner works, one partner rests.

Part 5

5 sets
20 Russian Twists
10 v ups
Rest 60 sec
